Process of
Warranty Service
Call before sending the product back. Provide original sale with
date when asked. Then there are two processes Omega Massage Canada
is willing to take:
1) Diagnose the problem for you over the phone, send you the
replacement part(s) to be fixed, provide detail instructions on how
to fix it. These chairs were manufactured to be easily repaired upon
by average means. This takes away the hassle of shipping the product
back to us.
2) Repack the
chair to the best of your ability, the owner can send the chair back
to the distribution center or Omega Massage can arrange for pickup
at owners expense. After inspection, and completion of warranty
work, the piece is then shipped back to the owner.

Warranty Service
To obtain warranty service, you must have the receipt of purchase
with a valid date of sale, and call before any returns or
authorizations can be made. Omega Massage Canada cannot perform any
warranty work unless a receipt is provided. Service work without the
proper notification to Omega Massage Canada, will be returned at
owners expense.
The warranty covers:
1. WARRANTY.
Subject to
limitation set forth herein:
(A) PARTS: If during the FIVE (5) YEARS period beginning on the date
of original date of this furniture to the original owner, any defect
shall occur in the motors, solid state controls, electrical or
mechanical parts and assemblies or roller mechanisms (collectively
the "parts"), Omega Canada will exchange, replace or repair such
defective parts without charge.
(B) REPLACEMENT PARTS are guaranteed for the unexpired balance of
the original warranty period.
(C) SERVICE: If during the ONE (1) YEAR period beginning on the date
of the original delivery of this furniture to the original owner,
any defect shall occur which is covered under this Limited Warranty,
Omega Canada will provide labor service without charge.
The warranty does not cover upholstery coverings, damage caused by
the owner, or any alterations made by the owner. Shipping is paid by
the owner one way, then the shipping cost going to the customer will
be Omega Massage's responsibility.
Defective
products must be reported to Omega Massage Canada within the first
30 days of purchases, or they will be treated as warranty service.
Any defect within the first 30 days, Omega Massage Canada will pay
all shipping costs incurred. Upon inspection that no defect is found
or that the user may have contributed to the damage incurred by the
product, the owner will be responsible for all shipping costs,
inspection fees and labor costs.
